If all goes well, your return will be on the way back to us and your replacement will be getting organised
Submit an enquiry to our service team describing the situation and provide other necessary information such as vehicle details & part numbers. We’ll use that information to diagnose the problem and whether you want a refund or replacement, we’ll send you a return label right away if we are at fault.
If a mistake on our end lead to the issue you’re experiencing a return label will always be provided. However, for change of mind returns you are liable for return postage.
No worries! In this case we can still proceed with a return however it would have to be completed via a warranty claim. We’ll collect all the necessary information and forward it to the manufacture for a claim. Once the manufacture approves your claim we can proceed with a swap over or refund right away.
It’s completely okay to return an item with the packaging tampered with as we expect you to open the products up. However, caution must be placed during installation in case you may have ordered incorrectly, or an error occurred on our end. Non compatible parts that have been damaged during installation cannot be returned.
There can be many reasons you may need to return an item including non-compatible parts, arriving damaged, not as described etc. To be liable for a return you must ensure the packaging (can be opened just not missing) and parts itself remain in a resellable condition.
